My culinary creations are a global expedition to ports abroad, your hometown, and everything in between. Being born overseas and living in a large military family gave me an appreciation for foods from around the world and a seemingly endless wanderlust. So, it was only natural to combine those two things!
I am passionate about helping people with various dietary restrictions and allergies experience nutritious, delicious, beautiful culinary delights. Having food intolerances has helped me get creative with ingredient workarounds and substitutions in cooking and baking with great results.
I am serious about healthy, nourishing, well-crafted food to elevate an event or to sustain you throughout your busy week. My experience varies from restaurants & bakeries to private yachts and lodges, which gives me a broad scope as a culinarian. My preference is for local and organic ingredients that are vetted for efficacy and quality.
What I Do
Weekly In-Home Chef Prepared Meals
Our service begins with learning your menu expectations, dietary challenges, and a date for service. The menu items I send you a few days before service will reflect your preferences and palate, and are always up for negotiation. On the day of service, I will shop for fresh food to be prepared in your kitchen. Once cooked, I will store all meals individually portioned, or family-style, complete with dates and labels on all containers.
And no need to worry - I clean up afterwards!
Private Dinner Parties & Catered Events
Global Eats is a versatile service provider, offering a wide range of services including private chef service and organizing romantic or family events to be served in your home or vacation rental.
